Katrin founded her first Ltd. in 2009 and has been the managing partner ever since.

Since 2000 she has been working as a consultant in IT process consulting and IT service management according to ITIL. Katrin has extensive experience in organizational change management. Her main focus is on the big picture and creating sustainable solutions. A practical and goal-oriented approach combined with a dedicated service culture are amongst the business informatics graduate range of expert skills. This includes analyzing and defining processes, implementing and optimizing them as well as evaluation and process control. Her methodical approach consists of presenting complex issues in a simple and understandable way.

It is important to Katrin to integrate everybody to the organizational change. She continuously broadens her practical experience gained in a wide variety of projects by acquiring certifications in the relevant topics, methods and standards (ITIL, SCRUM, PRINCE2, ISO20.000, CoBIT).

Her focus is on team members:  Personality and the mix of strengths and weaknesses make a good team.

She likes to spend her free time with her family and friends, enjoys cooking and is active in sports.

In addition to being a consultant in process management, Svenja takes on the role of assistant to the management and is an important pillar of the company organization.

Her work in finance and administration and IT organizations, she has a deep understanding of the challenges and how different departments work together. With an interest in new processes and a high affinity for tools used enable her to quickly familiarize herself with tasks and react flexibly to changing requirements.

Her projects can be characterized as well-structured and goal-oriented. Her training in ITIL, PRINCE2 and SCRUM are a well-founded theoretical base for her assignments.

Svenja appreciates how professional cooperation and human contact with different characters within the team.

In her free time she enjoys hiking and exploring new countries. She is a dog lover and passionate about Crossfit.

The trained IT application developer and hotel specialist Alexandra, short Alex, brings the optimal combination of service dedication and technical affinity for IT consulting to the table.

Her focus is on project management and the conscientious preparation and tracking, sustainable documentation of required project content and artifacts. She is enthusiastic about technical and digital solutions and likes to explore functions and possibilities of tools required for developing optimal solutions. Her ability to think outside the box and instinct for possible further developments is particularly valuable.

Alex is trained and certified in ITIL, SCRUM and PRINCE2.

She appreciates the team's focused way of working, closeness and harmonic atmosphere. This environment allows her to evolve and realize her potential.

She likes to spend her free time with her family and friends, for whom she likes to cook. In addition to sports, she also finds inspiration in nature and unfolds her creativity painting.

Holger is an expert in managing and optimizing IT organizations of various sizes, from start-ups to established corporations.

His main topics are digitization projects and enterprise architecture management. He also takes on assignments as interim manager in IT management positions. As a consultant and supervisor in digitization, Holger appreciates the contact with customers and their individual requirements and challenges. His strength is developing solutions tailored to customers' specific needs.

Successful implementation of organizational change is one of his main targets. Being certified as innovation manager adds to his courses on group dynamics and various trainings for IT components.

Holger sees the team advantages in the open exchange and everybody going in the same direction. He also appreciates the opportunity of developing his own areas of focus.

Holger likes to spend his free time with his family and in nature, especially mountain biking. He loves fast cars and working with wood.

Jakob, the youngest member of the team, takes on a wide variety of tasks in projects. Due to a quick mind, he is always there when someone needs him. His tasks include research activities, creating presentations on new or known topics and support project management. He takes over work packages for data collection, processing and analysis with the help of appropriate software programs and creates evaluations. His excels in optimizing the use of suitable tools to answer complex questions.

As a student at a technical high school, he complements the team perfectly with a fresh perspective, new ideas and  questioning the status quo.

Jakob fenjoys working with the team, especially the great support, appreciation and immediate integration.

At the moment Jakob needs his free time for his motorcycle driver's license. He likes to meet up with friends and play volleyball.
